That's ok! Please fill out the form above as completely as you can, with "00000000000" (eleven zeros) in the "barcode" field. The account holder's name and phone number will allow us to look up your account or reach out for more information if needed.
HOW LONG DOES A CANCELLATION TAKE?
Please allow up to 48 hours for processing of your cancellation.
CAN I PAUSE MY MEMBERSHIP?
We are unable to pause memberships at this time. If you require a membership pause, you may cancel and begin a new membership at a later date.
