That's ok! Please fill out the form above as completely as you can, with "00000+000000" (eleven zeros with a "+" after 5 zeros, no spaces.) in the "barcode" field. The account holder's name and phone number will allow us to look up your account or reach out for more information if needed. *Including the "+" correctly helps ensure timely processing of your cancellation.*
HOW LONG DOES A CANCELLATION TAKE?
Please allow up to 48 hours for processing of your cancellation.
CAN I PAUSE MY MEMBERSHIP?
We are unable to pause memberships at this time. If you require a membership pause, you may cancel and begin a new membership at a later date.
