CAMEL * REWARDS

Replying "STOP" to any Camel Express Text will opt your number out of all Camel programs, including rewards. Your points will reset, free wash progress will be lost & your number will be prevented from future rewards collection.

If your 3 retail wash purchases were made prior to April 30th, 2025, you may present your 3 retail wash receipts to claim your free 4th wash. *Rewards members who opt-out after April 30th, 2025 will be required to begin the rewards process again. Receipt presentation will not be accepted. No exceptions.*

That's ok! Simply find your Camel Rewards text thread and reply "START" or click here to opt-in to Camel texts. You're all set! Enter your phone number at the pay station during your next visit & your rewards should begin accruing normally after opting your number back in. 

We understand occasional marketing contact may feel frustrating to some. Unfortunately, remaining opted-in to get rewards is a "hardwired" part of our technical system that we cannot currently modify. We will continue to work to improve this program.

In the meantime, it may help to know: we will never send more than 4 texts per month through any of our text marketing programs. If you ever receive greater than 4 texts per month, please reach out to marketing@camelexpress.com and let us know, as this would be in error.

• Birthday Wash: When you receive a text with a form link requesting your birthdate, please fill the form with your birthday, first and last name, & the phone number connected to your Rewards account & we'll be sure to send you a free Bday Wash!
